About Me
My coaching draws from:
-
Eight years at Northwestern University, coaching undergraduate, graduate, and post-graduate students on essential academic skills, in individual and group settings;
-
Two decades in environmental organizations, including small businesses, nonprofits, and governmental entities;
-
Extensive involvement in community organizations, participating in strategic planning, facilitation, problem-solving, and organizational development. I currently chair the Skokie Community Foundation and also served 13 years on the Skokie School District 68 Board of Education, including eight years as President;
-
Active in mediating, coaching, and training others in conflict management.

I have navigated many personal and professional life transitions, switching priorities, careers, and locations over the years. I started as an environmental policy specialist, working in a small company, in non-profits, and as a freelancer. Later, I moved into higher education, where I discovered my love for coaching while working with students. With each transition, I had to meet new challenges and redesign my steps forward.
My experiences have brought me where I am today ~ helping others navigate change and design the path forward that helps them live a fulfilling life. My own life design continues to unfold.
